He loved them anyway.
They ignored Him, laughed at Him, doubted Him…
and He loved them anyway.
They twisted His words, lied about Him, and falsely accused Him…
and He loved them anyway.
They tortured Him, mocked Him, and spit on Him…
and He loved them anyway.
When Jesus Christ died for the world, there were no exceptions and no “especiallys.”
He died for the ones who loved Him and for the ones who didn’t. Because He loved them anyway.
In case you need to hear it today, Jesus knows everything about you. He knows your strengths and your weaknesses, your victories and your shortcomings. He knows every single fault. And he loves you anyway.
When it's impossible, humanly impossible, to love them...
Lord, love them through me anyway.
